If you have a PingOne for Managed Service Providers account, you can upgrade one of your customer accounts.

You'll choose a customer account to upgrade. You need either to be a Global Admnistrator or Support Administrator (Read/Write) to suspend an account.

  1. Select the Customers tab.
  2. Expand the account details for the selected customer and click the edit icon.
  3. Under the Account Type, click Upgrade.
    You're prompted to confirm the account upgrade. The upgrade takes effect the next time the customer signs on (either SSO or to the admin portal).
  4. Click Save.
