The PingOne for Enterprise Dock supports both Kronos Workforce Central and Kronos Workforce Ready. The configuration instructions are the same for both applications.
  1. In the PingOne for Enterprise admin console, go to Applications > Application Catalog.
  2. Optional: In the Search field, search for the application.
  3. Click the appropriate Kronos Workforce application line to expand it and click Setup.
  4. On the SSO Instructions tab, click Download to download the signing certificate.
  5. In a separate tabs or window, sign on to your Kronos account.
  6. In Kronos, go to Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Setup > Login Config.
  7. Select the Enable SSO check box.
  8. In Kronos, enter the following information.
    1. In the Redirect URL field, enter<IdP ID>, replacing <IdP ID> with the IdP ID value in PingOne for Enterprise.
    2. In the Entity ID of the Identity Provider field, enter the Issuer value from PingOne for Enterprise.
    3. On the Signing Certificate line, upload the PingOne for Enterprise signing certificate you downloaded in step 4.
    4. Click Save.
In PingOne for Enterprise, clickContinue to Next Step.
