Members of your organization who are assigned the Global Administrator role can manage the PingOne for SaaS Apps account. If you created the account, you are automatically assigned Global Administrator permissions.

You can also choose to assign an Audit & Report Administrator. Administrators having this role can manage subscriptions for audit events and run reports. They have access only to the Reporting and Dashboard pages.

  1. Select the Account > Administrators.
  2. Click Add Administrator.
  3. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email for the administrator you want to add.
  4. From the Role list, select the administrator role to assign.

  5. If you want to assign read-only permissions to the administrator role, click the Read Only checkbox.
  6. Click Save. An email invitation is sent to the person you're inviting. The email invitation is valid for 3 days, or until a new invitation is sent.
    When the person clicks the PingOne link in the email to accept the invitation, they're prompted to assign a password.
  7. Repeat these steps for each of the administrators you want to add.
