The following report types are available for PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps and PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps for Managed Accounts.

PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps report types

Report Name

Description

Administrative Activity

Transactions initiated by a PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps administrator during a specific period.

If a Support administrator accesses your account and makes a change, an audit event is triggered for that change. The actor associated with the audit event will be the name of the Ping Support administrator and the type will be ping admin.

If a PingOne SSO for SaaS Appss administrator disables or deletes a connection to one of their applications, an audit event is triggered for that change in the connecting customer account. The actor associated with the audit event will be the name of the PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps administrator and the type will be application admin.

For PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps With Managed Accounts, if an administrator accesses a managed account and makes a change, an audit event is triggered for that change. The actor associated with the audit event will be the name of the administrator and the type will be msp admin.

Administrator Login

Sign on attempts by administrators and their success or failure during a specific period.

Log Subscription (Reports only)

Audit events related to the creation, update, and deletion of audit log subscriptions during a specific period

SSO By Customer

The count of unique users and the total number of SSO transaction events during a specific period for each application configured for your account.

You can choose to filter the results based on Application Name or Customer Name event data.

SSO By Customer (IDPID)

The count of unique users and the total number of SSO transaction events during a specific period for each application configured for your account, based on the customer's idpid.

You can choose to filter the results based on Application Name or IdP ID event data.

SSO Summary By Customer

The count of unique users and the total number of SSO transaction events during a specific period for each application configured for your account.

You can choose to filter the results based on Application Name or Customer Name event data.

SSO Summary By Customer (IDPID)

The count of unique users and the total number of SSO transaction events during a specific period for each application configured for your account, based on the customer's idpid.

You can choose to filter the results based on Application Name or IdP ID event data.

SSO User Count

The count of total unique users and total SSO transactions for each customer during a specific period.

SSO User Count (IDPID)

The count of total unique users and total SSO transactions for each customer during a specific period, by customer IdP ID.
