KEEP_OPEN_NOTIFY_DS_IS_TOO_LATE

Notify the peer that its state is older than the oldest change in the changelog, the connection is to be kept open. The replica might be re-inited on line.

CLOSE_NO_NOTIFY

Stop the connection, but do not send the message, used only for internal send queue control. This reason is not sent to the peer server.
