Where to find a QR code to pair your device with PingID mobile app?

You need your organization’s QR code to pair your device with PingID.

You might find the QR code:

  • In an email from your organization with instructions about using PingID.

  • When you sign on to your account or app from another device. The QR code is displayed on that device.

  • When you’re asked to verify your identity, you might be presented with a QR code.

Ping Identity provides the software, but for security reasons, only your organization can manage your account and settings.

If you still need help finding the QR code, contact your organization’s administrator.
