Complete the following task to enable provisioning and single sign-on (SSO) on the GitHub Admin Portal.
To get the values that you need to configure a SAML integration in GitHub:
You must configure the SAML integration before you configure the SCIM provisioning integration in GitHub. SCIM provisioning calls fail with a 404 error if SAML authentication is not configured.

documentation:
- For steps 7 and 8, enter the values that you collected in the Obtain PingFederate SAML 2.0 metadata procedure.
- For step 9, paste the certificate that you exported in the Obtain PingFederate signing certificate procedure.
