When the administrative console is protected by native authentication, access is restricted to the local accounts you have defined.
- Go to to open the Administrative Accounts window.

In the
<pf_insall>/pingfederate/bin/run.properties
file, change the value of the pf.console.authentication property
to
pf.console.authentication=native - Start or restart PingFederate.
