Creating availability profiles
Create an availability profile in PingAccess to define when a backend server is considered failed.
Steps

Click Settings and then go to Networking → Availability Profiles.

Click Add Availability Profile.

Enter a unique descriptive name for the profile.

Select the On-Demand type.

In the Connect Timeout (ms) field, enter the number of milliseconds to wait for a connection to be established to a backend target.

In the Pooled Connection Timeout (ms) field, enter the number of milliseconds to wait before timing out the request for a pooled connection to the target site.
For no timeout, enter

In the Read Timeout (ms) field, enter the number of milliseconds to wait before timing out the read of the response from a target site.
For no timeout, enter

In the Max Retries field, enter the number of times to retry a connection to a backend target before considering the target failed.

In the Retry Delay (ms) field, enter the number of milliseconds to wait between retries.

In the Failed Retry Timeout (s) field, enter the number of seconds to wait before trying a failed target again.

Optional: In the Failure HTTP Status Codes field, enter a list of HTTP status codes that should be considered as a failure.
The sequence for this list isn’t important.

Click Save.
