Monitoring and modifying customer accounts
As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you can monitor and modify your customer accounts, as well as suspend an account when necessary. When you administer a customer account, you access the account’s admin portal as a Support Administrator (the default) or Global Administrator. Depending on the permissions assigned to you by your Global Administrator, you’ll have Read-Only, Read-Write, or full rights (Global Administrators only) to the customer account.
Only Global Administrators have access to the Dashboard and Service Settings pages for an MSP account.
