Upgrade a customer account
Before you begin
If you have a PingOne for Managed Service Providers account, you can upgrade one of your customer accounts.
About this task
You’ll choose a customer account to upgrade. You need either to be a Global Admnistrator or Support Administrator (Read/Write) to suspend an account.
Steps

Select the Customers tab.

Expand the account details for the selected customer and click the edit icon.

Under the Account Type, click Upgrade.
Result:
You’re prompted to confirm the account upgrade. The upgrade takes effect the next time the customer signs on (either SSO or to the admin portal).

Click Save.
