Adding a new connection to an existing customer
Connect an existing customer to a new application by creating a new application connection using the same customer details.
Steps

Create a new connection:
Choose from:

Add the SSO self-service widget to your new application.

Use the customer connection API to add a new connection to your new application.

Send a new SSO connection invitation.

Create a new manual SSO connection.

When choosing which applications to add to the connection, select only the new applications you want to add.
If you select applications that are part of an existing customer connection, PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps attempts to create a duplicate application connection, which results in an error.

When entering the Customer Email and Customer ID (idpid), use the same values as the existing connection for this customer.
To find the email and
idpid
values for an existing customer connection, go to Customer Connections and click Details for the appropriate customer connection. -
Complete the rest of the connection creation process as normal.
Result
PingOne SSO for SaaS Apps adds your new application to the existing customer connection.
