Upgrade a PingOne for Groups account
About this task
If your organization has a PingOne for Groups account and you want to upgrade to a PingOne for Enterprise account, you can select to contact us, so we can have a representative help you with the upgrade.
Steps

Select the Account tab, then choose Account Plan. The Account Plan page is displayed.

Under PingOne for Enterprise, click Contact Us. An automatically-generated message is sent to us at Ping Identity.
One of our representatives will contact you within a day or two to help you.
