Change a customer ID or account name
Before you begin
If you have a
PingOne for Managed Service Providers account, you can change either the MSP ID value, the Account Name value, or both, for one of your customer accounts.
About this task
You’ll choose a customer account to modify. You need either to be a Global Admnistrator to change the assigned MSP ID or the Account Name.
Steps
- 
Select the Customers tab. 
- 
Expand the account details for the selected customer and click the edit icon. Result:The MSP IDandAccount Namefields are now editable.
- 
Enter a new value for either MSP ID, theAccount Name, or both and click Save.
