Perform these steps on each PingFederate node.

  1. On your Windows machine, open the folder where PingFederate is installed.

  2. Right-click the folder and select Properties.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. To add a user, click Edit and Add.
  5. Add the user account and click OK.

  6. From the user account Permissions section, select the Modify check box.

  7. To save your changes, click Apply.
