When the value of this attribute is true, the server has not found any transient server errors preventing it from handling requests. This is not, however, a guarantee that the server is ready to handle all requests. It is possible that the server is subject to error conditions that its internal tests missed.

When the value of this attribute is false, however, the server’s internal tests have definitely found transient errors. Route traffic to another server until this attribute is true again.
