The server troubleshooting tool collect-support-data relies on the
iostat, mpstat, and pstack utilities
to collect monitoring, performance statistics, and stack trace information on the server’s
processes. For Red Hat systems, make sure that these packages are installed, for
example:
$ sudo yum install sysstat gdb dstat -y
