When you view the users by service listing, you can choose to remove a user from a particular service.
You can filter the user list by a specific service, or search for a specific user.

In the
PingOne
admin portal, click Users > Users by Service.
The Users by Service page displays users for all services. By default, each user entry lists all services associated with that user. Hover over a service to view its full name.
- You can choose to display the users of a particular service by selecting the service as a filter, or you can search for a specific user by entering their name or email address in the search bar.

Click the
Expand
icon to display the service details for the selected
user.
The expanded entry displays the last activity for that user per service and, for single sign-on (SSO), the last sign-on. If more than one service is shown for the user, expand the details for the target service.

Click the
edit icon and
choose the option to remove the user from the selected service.
You're prompted to confirm the action.
