Enabling the Periodic Stats Logger plugin
By default, the Periodic Stats Logger plugin is disabled. You can enable it using the PingAuthorize admin console or the dsconfig tool.

In the PingAuthorize admin console, go to Configuration > LDAP (Administration and Monitoring) > Plugin Root.

Click Stats Logger.

Select the Enabled checkbox.

Run
dsconfigin interactive mode.$ bin/dsconfig -
When prompted, enter the LDAP or LDAPS connection parameters.

In the main menu, enter
oto change to the advanced objects menu. -
Enter the number corresponding to the
Advancedmenu. -
In the server configuration menu, enter the number corresponding to
Plugin. -
In the plugin management menu, enter the number corresponding to
View and edit an existing plugin. -
Enter the number corresponding to the
Stats Logger. -
In the Periodic Stats Logger Plugin menu, enter the number corresponding to the
enabledproperty.In this menu, you can also change the log file format from
csvtojson. -
Enter the number corresponding to
Change it to the value: true. -
After you finish editing the logger properties, enter
fto save and apply the configuration.The default logger records server metrics every second to
<server-root>/logs/dsstats.csv. You can open this file in a spreadsheet or ingest it into external monitoring tools.
