Configuring notification settings

Configure when and how to send email notifications with a PingAccess notification publisher.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > Settings.

  2. In the Administrator Server Base URL field, enter the base URL for the administrator server.

    The email notifications will contain broken images if you don’t enter a valid admin server base URL.

  3. In the Trusted Certificate Group list, select the certificate group to use when establishing trusted connections to this notification publisher.

  4. Enter the following information into the Notification for Certificate Events section:

    1. In the Final Warning Event (Days) field, enter the number of days before a certificate event that PingAccess should send the final notification.

    2. (Optional) In the Initial Warning Event (Days) field, enter the number of days before a certificate event that PingAccess should send the first notification.

    3. In the Notification Publisher list, select the notification publisher you configured in Adding notification publishers.

    4. In the Email Addresses section, click + Add Email Address and an email addresses to send the notification to. Repeat this step as necessary.

  5. Click Save.
