On some Windows computers where Windows Hello for Business wasn’t enabled, installing specific Windows updates could cause the password tile on the PingID for Windows login sign on screen to appear blank, even though authentication still worked. This issue has been fixed.
Windows login failure when outbound connectivity to PingID is blocked

In environments where PingFederate was reachable but outbound internet access from the Windows host was blocked, the PingID integration for Windows login could hang during sign on while attempting to contact the PingID service. This issue has been fixed.
