Manage fulfillment tasks
Fulfillment tasks are manual steps you must complete for a workflow to continue. For example, you might need to provide more information or manually provision an account in a system that isn’t automated.

1 Click the menu link to view the list of pending tasks.

2 Click Pending Tasks to view the list of pending tasks.
When the end user clicks the Tasks link, they can view the list of pending tasks requiring manual completion.

2 Click to display the status: Pending, Completed, or Canceled requests.

3 Click Assigned Date to sort the requests.

4 Click Show Filters to filter by priority, request type, requested for, requester, or request ID.

6 Displays the assigned date of the task.
