Multi-region high availability FAQ

This FAQ answers common questions about the multi-region high availability deployment option for PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.

When will multi-region high availability be generally available?

Multi-region high availability will be generally available in H2 2026.

What are the RTO and RPO during the limited availability phase?

During the limited availability phase, RTO and RPO aren’t applicable as the feature is still being validated. Additionally, failover will be initiated manually during this phase by our SRE team. The team will monitor the environments and initiate failover when necessary if they detect a problem. Customers can also submit support tickets if they experience issues that they believe may require failover.
