Reviewing the synchronization of users in PingID

You can access the PingID configuration portal to manage your PingID users.

Steps

  1. Go to Directory → Users.

  2. Locate the user you want to manage, and click the user entry to open the details panel.

  3. Click the Authentication tab, and click Configure now under PingID.

  4. In the Users by Service window, you can see the status of the user, disable or remove them if needed, unpair their device, and click a link to view all of their PingID activity.
