Using translatable keys
You can add translatable keys for any user-facing text in your forms, including the input field labels, button labels, and rich text. After adding these keys, the text can be translated based on the user’s browser settings for preferred languages.
About this task
To add a translatable key:
Steps

In the Edit Form section of a form, click on a section of your form that includes text to localize.
Result:
A side panel with the element’s configuration settings opens.

Click the Translation () icon.
Result:
A modal with a list of the available keys and their default translations opens.

Select the appropriate Key.
If you’re adding translatable keys for a button, the appropriate Key is Button.text, where
Submit
is the default translation. -
Optional: To define a unique key and default translation, select Create New Key.

Click Select.
Result:
A key is added to the field with the Translation () icon.

Optional: Click the key and enter a custom default translation in the Enter Default Translation field. Click Save.
