Viewing sync status

Use the Provisioning page to see the sync status for a provisioning connection.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console, go to Integrations > Provisioning.

  2. On the Rules tab, locate the appropriate rule entry and click it to open the details panel.

The rule must be enabled for the sync summary to be visible.

Result

The sync status and summary shows details about current sync operations, such as last successful sync and sync failures. If you notice synchronization failures for a provisioning connection, use the information in the following tables to identify any issues.
