Using audit logs to identify sync issues

Use the audit logs in the rule details panel to identify specific issues for a particular group.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations → Provisioning.

  2. Click the Rules tab, locate the rule entry, and click it to show the details panel.

    The rule must be enabled for the sync summary to be visible. For more information, see Enabling or disabling a rule.

  3. Click Audit Logs.

Result

An audit log with a pre-populated filter for the rule displays.
