Access user information to send to application developers

You can use the API tab on the user details panel to access user information in a format that you can copy and give to your application developers. Use the PingOne admin console to access this information without having to make an API call.

  1. In the PingOne admin console, go to Directory > Users and browse or search for the applicable user.

  2. Click the user entry to open the details panel.

  3. Click the API tab.

The API tab includes general information about the user, such as user ID, environment ID, and the URL at which the user data can be found. If a custom user schema is used, the data is available in JSON format. Click the Copy icon () to copy any of this information to the clipboard and pass it to your developers.
