Moving a user to a different population

Use the Users page to move a user to a different population.

You must have the Identity Data Admin role or a custom role with equivalent permissions to move a user to a different population.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console, go to Directory > Users and browse or search for the user that you want to move to a different population.

  2. Click the user entry to open the details panel.

  3. On the Profile tab, click the Pencil icon ().

  4. In the Population list, select the new population.

  5. Click Save.
