Deleting a user

Use the Users page to remove user accounts that you no longer need. You can also disable a user account instead of deleting it. Learn more in Enabling or unlocking a user account or device.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console, go to Directory > Users and browse or search for the user you want to delete.

  2. Click the More Options (⋮) icon, then click Delete User.

  3. In the Delete User modal, click Delete.
