Editing an alert
Use the Alerts page to edit an existing alert.
Steps

In the PingOne admin console, go to Monitoring > Alerts and browse or search for the alert that you want to edit.

Click the More Options icon (⋮) and select Edit Alert.

Edit any of the following options:
Option Description Name
Edit the name of the alert.
Email Addresses
Edit the addresses that receive the alert. You can specify one or more individual or mailing list email addresses. Multiple email addresses must be separated by commas.
Copy the email addresses to the clipboard to use them for another alert.
Alert Types
Use the checkboxes to subscribe or unsubscribe to event types that trigger alerts. For example, if you clear the checkbox for Certificate Expired, that alert won’t be triggered when a certificate in your environment expires.

Click Save.
