Using user identity details to identify sync issues

Use the details page to identify specific sync issues for a particular user or users.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console, go to Directory > Users.

  2. Browse or search for the appropriate user.

  3. Click the user entry to open the details panel.

  4. Click Services > Sync Status.

    Membership sync status shows for provisioners that support outbound group provisioning.

Next steps

Review the Sync Status for specific failures. Sync failures are often because of errors with attribute mapping.
