Adding a service to an environment

Use the Overview page to add services to an existing environment in your organization.

Steps

  1. In the PingOne admin console sidebar, click the Ping Identity logo to open the Environments page and browse or search for the applicable environment.

  2. Click the environment to open the details panel.

  3. Click Manage Environment and click Overview in the sidebar.

  4. In the Environment Capabilities section, click the Plus icon ().

  5. In the Add a Capability list, click Add next to the applicable PingOne service or Ping Identity product.

Result

The product or service is added to the environment and shows in the Environment Capabilities list. If it shows in the Optional Connections section, further set up might be required.
