Enabling consent updates
To allow users to view and update their consents, an administrator must enable the Manage OAuth Consents
option for the self-service application. Selecting this option enables the Application section under Consents and enables the end user to revoke any OAuth consent by showing the trash can icon for each consent.
Steps

Go to User Experience → Self Service.

Click the pencil icon.

Select the Manage OAuth Consents check box. Selecting this option enables the following two scopes for the self-service application.

p1:read:oauthConsents
Allows the user to view their OAuth consents. -
p1:update:oauthConsents
Allows the user to revoke their OAuth consents.

Click Save.
