PingOne

Provisioning connections (early access)

To configure inbound group provisioning sync, you must create an LDAP gateway provisioning connection and an inbound rule to configure provisioning.

Provisioning connections define the options for a connection, such as host configuration, authentication, and provisioning.

Some connections only support inbound provisioning, some support outbound provisioning, and some support both. Learn more in Inbound and outbound provisioning.

You can find instructions on adding connections in the Provisioning section. For the purposes of early access, this section only describes how to create an LDAP gateway provisioning connection.

PingOne must be either the source or target connection. You don’t have to add PingOne as a connection type because it’s added automatically when you select the source or target connection.

You must enable the connection before you can use it in a rule.

A PingOne Directory connection is created automatically when creating a new connection.
