Editing promotion variables (early access)

If you need to change the value of a promotion variable that you have already created in PingOne, you can edit the variable from the Promotion Variables page.

Before you begin

You must have created promotion variables in PingOne to edit them. Learn more in Creating promotion variables (early access).

Steps

  1. Sign on to the PingOne admin console for the environment in which the variable was created.

  2. Go to Promote > Promotion Variables, locate the applicable variable in the Resources with Variables list, and click it to expand the details panel.

  3. Click the Pencil icon () to edit the variable.

  4. Update the variable value as needed, then click Save.
